One of the most necessary pieces of breastfeeding clothes that a nursing mother requires is a good quality nursing bra. Making certain a nursing bra fits correctly is important. You should not buy your bra too early in your pregnancy as your breasts will be nearing their full size prior to breastfeeding your baby, buy during the last months instead. Bras that are too tight may block the flow of milk and put you at risk for plugged ducts or infection that can eventually lead to mastitis. Mothers should simply follow their instinct and select a nursing bra that they know is safe for them and allows for adequate milk production for their baby, and will indeed make the bonding time associated with breastfeeding all the more memorable.
